Dear Justin and Henry,

 

                I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you both for making such a valuable resource available to the local small business community. But first let me give you a little background.

 

                I worked as a field mechanic for North Bay Construction for 18 years, working with heavy equipment, metal fabrication and on-road vehicles.  After the company was sold to Ghilotti Construction in June of 2010, I went out on my own as an independent mechanic and fabricator with the name Yunkermatic. I'm sure you both can imagine the difficulties of starting a business in the current economic environment. There have been many challenges in the last year, building a cliental for one. And because I work on such a wide variety of trucks, tractors and equipment, I've had to build a support network of people knowledgable in many fields.

 

                This brings me to your parts and service departments. Mike Anderson, Dave Cotton, Ken Jensen, Dewey Graham and all the other helpful people in your employ.

 

                Many times I have had questions regarding repair of  a truck and have received expert help from the Henry Curtis team. And what a team they are! If I get stuck, they answer my questions. If they can't answer my questions themselves they find the person who can, and call me back. So helpful! I can tell you from personal experience, this is VERY uncommon. Congratulations on assembling such a great staff.
